Great Experience Had such a great experience at the Edmond Discount Tire! Ayden helped me out and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone there provided great customer service, and they made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out in a timely manner and really appreciated how helpful and professional everyone was. Definitely recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire, thanks to my representative, Jered. Even though I had an appointment scheduled, I called ahead to explain that I wouldn’t make it on time because my tire was completely flat and I needed to have my spare put on first. The team was incredibly understanding and helpful. They took care of everything—fixing the flat, airing it properly, remounting the spare, and even resetting the tire alert. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I truly felt relaxed, supported, and well cared for throughout the visit. Their professionalism and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!

From the website to the store I'm sold on the Discount Tire experience. I already knew what brand and size tires I wanted, so the website was super helpful and easy to navigate, compare, purchase, and schedule my tire installation. At the store, the Manager warmly greeted me. I was able to watch the Team switch out and balance my new tires through the window with an attention to detail you don't see in regular tire stores. All lugs were meticulously torqued to specs with a torque wrench, not some impact device. The waiting area and bathroom were very clean and thoughtfully designed. My installation only took about 30 minutes and I was out the door. The store Manager was the last person I saw as I was leaving, and he thanked me with a handshake.

Great guys! Manager is the shiz! I had an issue where the tech mixed up the wheels on my 2017 Chevy SS but got it rectified quickly and professionally. Brought my 2018 Denali in the next day without a hitch. I was in Dealership Service for 30 years, mistakes happen you use them as training moments because your staff is very young but trainable and they are worth it. Processes are so important and help to avoid mistakes. Thanks guys I will be back and recommend you. Great Company.

Went in to have my tire replaced and all of the employees were welcoming and friendly. The employees greeted and acknowledged each customer that walked into the lobby. The gentleman helping me kept me up to date on what needed to be done. They were fast and efficient when they replaced my tire. The location was clean and organized. I will definitely be using this location for future purchases.
